Microsoft have extended their warranty for the three red lights problem - also known as the "red lights of death" or "red ring of death" (RROD) - to three years.  To have your xbox 360 repaired under the Microsoft warranty you shouldn't require a receipt of purchase.  However, the warranty only applies to the first person to register the particular xbox 360 with Microsoft.  If your xbox360 has gone RROD, is less than three years old, has not been previously registered by someone else, and has also never been disassembled then Microsoft should repair it at no cost.  Please call Microsoft on 1800 555 741 to arrange for a repair.  It generally takes around 10 days for them to complete their repair.

If you have a different problem, then please call Microsoft on the above number to confirm that they are not able to repair your xbox360 under their warranty.

Once you have confirmed that your xbox360 is no longer under warranty for the problem that you are experiencing then hopefully we will be able to help.

1. xbox360 RROD repair ($95) - repairs an xbox 360 that is currently displaying the three red lights RROD problem.

2. xbox360 DVD drive repair ($95) - repairs an xbox 360 DVD drive so that it can read discs or repairs mechanical problems with the DVD drive.  Includes drive eject problems and an "unreadable disc" or "unplayable disc" error.

3. failed DVD drive firmware repair ($95) - repairs your xbox360 if you have an xbox360 with a failed DVD drive firmware flash.
