If your xbox360 has not previously been disassembled and it is no longer reading disks or it has become damaged and the DVD drive will no longer eject then we offer to repair your xbox 360 for $95 + return shipping*.

If your xbox 360 has been previously disassembled and it is no longer reading disks or it has become damaged and the DVD drive will no longer eject then our $95 fee still applies except in the circumstance that you have tried to flash update the firmware of the DVD drive but failed.

If you have a faulty xbox360 due to a failed DVD drive firmware flash update then please refer to our failed DVD drive firmware update repair

This repair fixes an "unreadable disc" or "unplayable disc" error.
