($120) If your xbox360 has not previously been disassembled and it is no longer reading disks or it has become damaged and the DVD drive will no longer eject then we offer to repair your xbox 360 for $120 + return shipping*. If your xbox 360 has been previously disassembled and it is no longer reading disks or it has become damaged and the DVD drive will no longer eject then our $120 fee still applies except in the circumstance that you have tried to flash update the firmware of the DVD drive but failed. This repair fixes an "unreadable disk" or "unplayable disk" error. Please contact us if you would like to proceed with an xbox360 DVD drive repair.
