If you have an xbox360 that is displaying three red lights (3rod) and your xbox has not been disassembled then please call Microsoft on 1800 555 741 - Microsoft have now extended their warranty to three years for the three red lights problem (you shouldn't require a receipt of purchase).  It generally takes around 10 days for them to complete their repair.   Note that they now upgrade xbox 360's that they repair so that the three red lights problem should no longer occur.

If you have a different problem, then please call Microsoft on the above number to confirm that they are not able to repair your xbox360 under their warranty.

Once you have confirmed that your xbox360 is no longer under warranty for the problem that you are experiencing then hopefully we will be able to help.

We are currently offering the following xbox360's repairs:

1. xbox360 DVD drive repair ($120) - repairs an xbox 360 DVD drive so that it can read disks or repairs mechanical problems with the DVD drive.  Includes drive eject problems and an "unreadable disk" or "unplayable disk" error.

2. failed DVD drive firmware repair ($120) - repairs your xbox360 if you have an xbox360 with a failed DVD drive firmware flash.

If the problem that you have is not listed above then please feel free to contact us and describe the problem - we may be able to assist.  Note that we are working on a robust repair to the three red lights problem but are not currently at the stage where we can offer 3rod repairs.  A robust 3rod repair is one that repairs the problem and prevents it from occurring again.
